  Rooms and Food & Beverage Operation  
     
 
The company's Rooms Division and Food & Beverage Department provide hotel with standard direction, technique direction, quality assessment, and collaboration support, so as to maintain and progressively improve the general service standard of the New Century hotels, and obtain the utmost effectiveness and the guest loyalty. Their functions are as follows:
 
   
     
 
¡ö Organize, make and improve hotel product standard, operation procedure standard, safe & security standard, and the appraisal standard of service quality and effectiveness.
 
 
¡ö Simplify the operation procedure to improve efficiency through updating management system and improving process design.
 
 
¡ö Assist the purchasing center to choose the best supplier through products test, and make group purchase on the premise that the group can obtain the biggest benefits.
 
  ¡ö Plan and strengthen unique service program.  
 
¡ö Make a regular quality assessment on sanitation, facilities and safety and security. Supervise the running of services, products and profits.
 
   
 
¡ö Provide technique collaboration, and the latest information on products, concept, system, productivity and standard in hotel industry.
 
 
¡ö Instruct feasibility study on new items brought by the hotels' rooms divisions and food & beverage departments, and the items can be made as a channel for communication.
 
 
¡ö Hold innovation activities; by the way of professional seminars, enhance the research and development abilities of the Group and hotels, and create a good atmosphere for products innovation. Promote the successful new products and skills to be generalized in other hotels of the Group.
 
   
   
 
¡ö Check and approve the articles made by the rooms divisions and food & beverage departments regarding group rules.
 
 
¡ö Build up the standard cost accounting mode, together with the financial department.
 
  ¡ö Compare data as a reference for the industry.  
  ¡ö Suggest the specification and amount of the daily supplies prior to the hotel's opening.  
  ¡ö Suggest and verify the hotel's upscale expansion scheme.  
     
  Engineering Support  
     
 
The company¡¯s Engineering Department provides every necessary engineering technique support and direction, and supervises hotels obey the Group's standard, meanwhile, the Department is responsible for the construction and technique management of group information network, central data center, front desk computer operation management system and other network platforms, so as to enhance operation efficiency and quality of the company and hotels.
 
   
   
     
  ¡ñ Technique Support for the Opening  
     
 
The Engineering Department carries out prophase technique scheme immediately the new property is initiated.
 
     
 
¡ö Evaluate and research the geology, construction regulation and materials.
 
 
¡ö Review the report of the research on fundamental facilities.
 
 
¡ö Assist owners to prepare the the primary design ofengineers in charge of different items.
 
 

¡ö Assist owners to complete the primary design of civil engineering, machine, electricity, pipeline, interior design, kitchen, and laundry room.

 
  ¡ö Provide owner a list of equipment producers and suppliers who are acceptable to the owners and then review the chosen equipment and device.  
 
¡ö Check and approve the construction process and quality based on the drawings during the period of construction.
 
   
 
¡ö Check the change slips provided by owners to the construction party in case where the owners change the design during the construction period.
 
   
 
¡ö Inspect the project quality with the owners when the project is finished.
 
   
 
¡ö Coordinate with the owners to pass the various inspections.
 
     
  ¡ñ Technique Support for Hotel Facility Management and Improvement  
     
 

The Engineering Department is responsible for supervising the hotels' facility management and improvement, and applies new technology and standard, so as to improve hotels' running efficiency and quality.

 
  ¡ö Evaluate the condition of hotels' fundamental facilities and equipment.  
  ¡ö Implement the New Century hotels' equipment management standard.  
 
¡ö Supervise implementation of the confirmed scheme of the betterment of facility and equipment.
 
 
¡ö Review and submit the yearly scheme of fitment improvement and nonscheduled project to the hotels.
 
 
¡ö Review and submit the yearly scheme of facility and equipment purchase and nonscheduled purchase.
 
  ¡ö Review the yearly scheme of facility and equipment maintenance  
  ¡ö Review fixed assets, facility account, and assets loss.  
  ¡ö Aperiodically check and evaluate the maintenance of the hotel facilities.
