The company¡¯s Engineering Department provides every necessary engineering technique support and direction, and supervises hotels obey the Group's standard, meanwhile, the Department is responsible for the construction and technique management of group information network, central data center, front desk computer operation management system and other network platforms, so as to enhance operation efficiency and quality of the company and hotels. |

¡ö Implement the New Century hotels' equipment management standard. |
|

¡ö Supervise implementation of the confirmed scheme of the betterment of facility and equipment. |

¡ö Review and submit the yearly scheme of fitment improvement and nonscheduled project to the hotels. |

¡ö Review and submit the yearly scheme of facility and equipment purchase and nonscheduled purchase. |

¡ö Review fixed assets, facility account, and assets loss. |
