Lu Xun Memorial Hall
One of the earliest national commemorative museums, which was opening to outside world in January, 1953, located in Lu Xun Middle Road, Shaoixing city. Its floor space amounts to 1,200 square meters, and the length of exhibition area is 150 meters.
Flowers and trees planted in courtyard are Lu Xun’s favorite ones, most of which has been mentioned in his works, such as jujube tree and cloves, which were sent from Perking Lu Xun former dwelling respectively in 1976. The Lu Xun memorial hall together with the Lu Xun former dwelling and three tastes reading rooms, have become a place which the tourist most yearned for.

Orchid Pavilion
Is situated at foot of Lanzhu Mountain, apart 12.5 kilometers from southwest of Shaoxing city. According to the legend, Goujian--the king of Yue planted orchid in this area, and in Han Dynasty, it has been used as a post station, so it is called Orchid Pavilion. On third March, ninth year of Yonghe, Eastern Jin Dynasty (353), Wang Hsi-Chih and Sun Chuo, Xie An and so on 41people gathered here. Wang Hsi-Chih wrote 324 characters preface for it, this is Wang Hsi-Chih’s most representative calligraphy works called "Orchid Pavilion Collection ". From then on, Orchid Pavilion has become a pilgrimage for calligrapher and famous Chiangnan garden.

Ke Yan
Apart 8 kilometers from west Shaoxing City, 12 kilometers from east of Hangzhou Ke Yan is famous for its ancient rocks, water-bound style, and wooded mountain ecology. The beginning to the Han Dynasty, apart from now has been more than 1,800 years, till to Qing Dynasty, it has a good name of “Ke Yan Eight Scenes” .

Jian Lake
Is Located at the Southwest of Shaoxing city, one of the most famous lakes in Zhejiang, as the saying goes "the Jian Lake is 800 miles", is one of the most magnificent water conservancy project in the anticent Chiangnan. The original name of Jian Lake was MirrorLake, which was handed down from that Yellow Emperor cast mirror here. The Jian Lake also has alias like Chang Lake, Qing Lake, Hejian Lake. The Jian Lake water quality is especially good, the renowned at home and abroad Shaoxing Yellow Wine brews with this lake water.


Lu Town
Is located at Shaoxing, the government invests 200 million RMB on it, which has 50,000 square meters, merging the culture of bridge、stone、water、wine and celebrities together.


Zhou Enlai former dwelling
The original name was Xi Yangtang, is located at the east end of Labor Road, called “Baisui Tang”. Zhou Enlai’s ancestry lived here for a long time. Latter because his grandfather become an officer, and then moved to Huai An.

Da Yu Mausoleum
Is located at the foot of Guiji Mountain. Da Yu was a hero of regulating waterways more than 4,000 years ago. His mausoleum is composed by Yu mausoleum, Yu ancestral hall, Yu temple, the latter two one was produced because of the former, if according to the standard of construction, Yu temple is ranking the first place.

East Lake
Is one of the most unusual tour paradises in old city-- Shaoxing, which is in rich of natural landscapes and culture, and enjoys the laudatory name of " the first scenery bonsai in the world ". Together with the Hangzhou West Lake, Jiaxing South Lake, and East Lake are called Zhejiang three famous lakes.


Roar Mountain
Has other names like Dog Pavilion Mountain, Dog Mountain, at the elevation of 105meters, located at the east of Shaoxing, about 10 kilometers away. The mountain is famous for its special stone styles, and has 10 peculiar stones with different sizes. Besides, there are also many attractive
scenes like “Shuishidang”, “Yanluo Hole” “Cloud Spring”, “Wanji Hole”, “Wanji Nunnery”.


Shen Yuan
Is located in Yanghe alley, southeast of Shaoxing. Pond stage was very popular in Song Dynasty. It was said that Shen Yuan was bigger than now, and under the name of constructor—officer Shen, so it was called Shen Yuan. The garden environment is exquisite, rock, pond, pavilion, poetic scenes attracted a lot of literary men of past dynasties.
