Ningbo Information
Ningbo is called “Yong” for short. It is located in the shore of the East China Sea bordering on the south of Hangzhou Bay and adjacent to Sanmen Bay in the south. Ningbo is a port city with long history along the southeastern coastline of China. It is hub of transportations in the east of Zhejiang province with fast development of land, sea, air and water cloverleaf transportation. Beilun Port is famous around the world as “The big port in the East”.

Tianyi Pavilion

Tianyi Pavilion is featured in book-collection culture. It is a comprehensive museum with social history and art as a combination. It is not only the first existent private book-collection building in China, but also the oldest library in Asia and one of the three oldest familial libraries in the world. It is ocated at Tianyi Street, the western part of Moon Lake.

Hemudu Relics Site

Hemudu Relics Site is important relics of the Neolithic Age along the southeastern coastline of China. It is a major historical and cultural site under state protection. It is located at the northeastern part of Hemudu Village, Luojiang Country, Yuyao of Ningbo, with an area of about 40 thousand square meters. Its cultural characteristic has rich regional feature of the South land of rivers and lakes. It has made great contributions to the forming of Chinese ancient culture.

Xikou Xuedou Mountain
Xikou Xuedou Mountain is located at Xikou Town of Fenghua, the southern part of Ningbo, with the total view area of 140 square kilometers. It is attracted by people around the world because it is the birthplace of Jiang Jianshi and Jiang Jingguo and his son. It is a bright pearl on the backbone of East China tourist.

Nanxi Hot Spring
It is one of the three famous springs in China. It is located in the deep and secluded valley of Tianming Mountain, the northwestern part of Ninghai County, with 76 kilometers away from Ningbo. The temperature here is 3-5℃ lower than that in Hangzhou and Ningbo. It is a rare famous scenic spot in East China for traveling, avoiding heat, recuperating, spending a holiday and resting.

Cicheng Town
Chicheng Town is praised as the first oldest town in the South. It is located in Ningshao Plain, along the east coast of Zhejiang and the northwestern part of Jiangbei District of Ningbo. Famous persons through the ages were from here. It has advantageous and uniquely characteristic tourist resources.

Siming Mountain State Forestry Park
Siming Mountain State Forestry Park is located at the hinterland of Siming Mountain, the eastern part of Zhejiang, covering an area of 6.5 thousand hectare, with forest coverage rate of 92%. There are more than 200 kinds of plants and more than 900 kinds of animals and insects in the park. It owns the name of “Natural Zoological and Botanical Museum”.

Qiantong Town
Qiantong Town is located in Ninghai. It is original local-style dwelling houses in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Until now, more than 1.3 thousand old buildings of all kinds are preserved. It is not only a tourist town but also a protection zone of history and culture in Zhejiang province.

Songlanshan Seaside Resort
Ningbo Songlanshan Seaside Resort is located at the beach that is 9 kilometers away from the southeastern part of Xiangshan County, covering sea area of 42.89 square meters. It is a comprehensive seaside resort with recreation, entertainment, spending holiday, training and meeting as a combination.

Yeheqiu
Yeheqiu is located at West River in Huangtan Town, Ninghai County. Five Dragon Pools
Five Dragon Pools is located in Longguan Town, the northwestern part of Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, covering an area of 16.17 square kilometers, with 35km away from Ningbo City. It is featured for rare mountain, beautiful water and deep valley. It is with sight-seeing, pilgrimage, recreation and spending holiday and body building at the mountain as a combination.
