If you want to join in the Golden Class Club of New Century Tourism Group, please read carefully to learn the terms and conditions of the frequent guest reward program.
 
   
     
  General  
     
 
¡ñ All program's preferential contents, services, and terms and conditions apply to all New Century hotels.
 
 
¡ñ New Century Hotel Management Co.,Ltd. has the right to add, adjust, delete or change the preferential terms with or without notice.
 
     
  Effective Usage  
     
  ¡ñ Membership card is exclusive to the member who is not allowed to transfer and lend the card.  
 
¡ñ You should provide your membership number when you make room reservation, and present your membership card to enjoy the discount when you check in, or have the bill for F&B and Recreation.
 
   
     
  Personal Data  
     
 
¡ñ By signing the application form to enroll in this program, the member consents to New Century Tourism Group using the personal data provided by himself/herself for the program for the marketing purpose, and consents to New Century Tourism Group transferring or communicating such personal data to/with New Century hotels for the purpose mentioned above.
 
   
   
     
  Discount  
     
  ¡ñ Membership card is not combinable with other preferential programs and contracted rates.  
  ¡ñ Membership card can't apply to the long-staying rooms, dining package and wedding banquet.
  ¡ñ F&B discount does not apply to seafood /cigarettes.  
  ¡ñ Room discount does not apply to service charge/mini bar fee/laundry fee/telephone fee.  
  ¡ñ Recreation discount does not apply to cigarettes and service fee.  
  ¡ñ Individual member can enjoy discount on up to 3 rooms at the same hotel each day.  
  ¡ñ Membership rates are changed each year without notice. Inquire the hotel's front desk, or the Group Custom Management Center of the detail rates.  
     
  Valid Period and Procedure of Replacing Card  
     
 
¡ñ The valid period for the individual membership card is 2 years and the contracted membership is determined between hotels and their contracted entities, with an exception of special illustration.
 
 
¡ñ When your card is in exhaustion of effect, and your points accumulated meets the higher membership tier, we will upgrade your membership and offer you a new membership card, recalculating your new valid period; if your points accumulated does not meet any standard, your membership will be cancelled or degraded, of course you can go through some relevant procedures again to extend the valid period or obtain new membership card.
 
   
   
   
 
¡ñ With regard to the charge card, the valid period refers to the period during which the discount and points earning are carried out. If the card is invalid, and the accrued points doesn't meet any relevant standard, meanwhile the charge card is not used up yet, you can't enjoy the discount any more, however, the balance can still be paid. If you top up the card again or buy the card, we can recalculate your valid period or make a new card for you.
 
   
   
   
     
  Accrual of Points  
   
 
¡ñ Consumption enjoying the hotel discounts will be earned points based on rates that have been reduced.
 
  ¡ñ The reward can't be earned points.  
  ¡ñ Points can't be transferred.  
  ¡ñ As the membership is upgraded or degraded, the card will recalculate your points.  
  ¡ñ You can earn points only if you spend by the membership rates or contracted rates.  
  ¡ñ You can earn points according to your actual spending.  
 
¡ñ Individual member (including the contracted member at non-protocol hotels) can earn points exclusively to his/her room.
 
     
  Charge  
     
  ¡ñ Cash can't be withdrawn from the charge card.  
 
¡ñ Membership card can be topped up. The first time to top up the card should be took at the hotels' reservations, and later on the card can be recharged at any cash register of any New Century hotel.
 
   
     
  Credit  
     
 
¡ñ Guest who holds the contracted credit card should pay the funds on account within a period of ( ) days defined by the hotels. If the overdue time exceeds by 30 days, the guest should pay for 1¡ë of the account per day, and if the time reaches 60 days, the company has the right to take back or cancel the card, and press for payment and related interests.
 
   
     
  Loss report  
     
 
¡ñ Report loss at local New Century hotels with the ID card. The holder should be responsible for the loss before reporting loss and 24 hours after the reporting.
 
   
     
  Laws Control  
     
 
¡ñ Golden Class Club membership card is governed by the laws of P.R. China, and the holder's membership shall be cancelled if he/she disobeys the laws and regulations of host countries.
 
   
     
  Rights to Interpretation  
     
 
¡ñ All interpretations of this Program Terms and Conditions shall be the sole discretion of New Century International Management Co., Ltd.
